Dynasty Warriors 8 Free Download For PC is a mixed strategy and war game genre, famous from the past with simple gameplay but can make people addicted because the action in the game seems to make you the most powerful person in the universe. Unfortunately, it also brings its own negative impact.
The game has entered its eighth series last year and the expansion of Dynasty Warriors 8, Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends, was also released several times between DW 8's release. This time, for the first time PS4 got the DW series entitled Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition. Why is it called “Complete Edition”? Because you get two games combined, Dynasty Warriors 8 and Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends.
DW8: XLCE has the same gameplay formula as its predecessors. You choose one of the heroes who lived during the three kingdoms in China. Well, not completely three, because starting with Dynasty Warriors 8, there is an addition of a new kingdom, namely Jin. After you select the character, you will enter the battlefield and you can start the event of killing enemies while accompanied by epic rock music.
Whoever the character you choose, you will feel like the most powerful person on the battlefield. The attack you issue feels more agile than the enemy and it makes all enemies in front of you seem powerless against your strength. You can launch attacks with a combination of two simple buttons, namely a square and a triangle. For the ultimate attack or commonly called Musou, you simply press the circle button. Each character in DW 8: XLCE has its own Musou attack which is quite entertaining to watch because each Musou is done in front of many enemies, the result is sure to make dozens of enemies thrown into the sky. Believe it or not, this is entertainment in itself in any Warriors series.
The attack pattern that you can launch depends on the type of weapon you are using. Each character can use two types of weapons that can be used interchangeably. Usually the weapons that have been installed from the start are the typical weapons of the character you are using and another weapon. In addition to the usual attacks, each character has a unique attack called EX Attack if they use their signature weapon. For this version of Xtreme Legends, each character will get a new EX attack that can add variety to attacks.
In addition, there is also an affinity system (bond) that can affect your attack power against enemy officers. There are three kinds of weapon affinity namely Heaven, Earth and Man. Each affinity affects each other like you do a suit. A weapon will be stronger or weaker depending on the affinity of the weapon.
There is also a new type of attack called Storm Rush. Storm Rush is an attack that can be activated by attacking an enemy who uses a weapon with a lower affinity than yours. How do you know about your enemy's affinity? Easy enough, look over his head. If there is an icon like a diamond, it means you are stronger, but if the icon is an exclamation mark, it means you are weak. Using this attack, you will create a typhoon-like attack that sucks in enemies around you so they can be knocked out at once. It's quite satisfying because you feel like you've been rewarded with new powers after successfully dismantling the enemy's weaknesses.
What distinguishes DW 8: XLCE from the usual DW 8 is the additional scenario in its Story Mode. Game This time you can play directly as Lu Bu and feel for yourself how powerful a Lu Bu is in the three kingdoms era. There are also several additional characters that bring new colors in DW 8: XLCE such as Lu Linnqi who is said to be the son of Lu Bu.
Speaking of cutscenes, the PS4 version of DW 8: XLCE gets an upgrade in the graphics quality field. Features in the graphic field such as dynamic lighting, better weather effects, sharper texture quality and depth of field have been added so that the visuals displayed look more beautiful. There is also an additional mode, namely ambition mode. In that mode you will play freely to build the palace "Tongquetai" so magnificent that the emperor himself wanted to visit it. The way you build the palace is by collecting materials on the battlefield you meet.
